I bought a copy of ActivePrint. I had it working. Then I had to reinstall Windows XP. Now I can't register it with the provided codes. Their website says they have no record of the purchase.
6 emails for help and 6 days have passed. No response.

I haven't received any tech support emails about registration trouble in the last few days. Maybe they're not getting through.

Send a private message to me through here that includes your purchase email and we'll work it out through that.

In the mean time I'll try and figure out what has been going on with the email. Sorry for the inconveniance.
