Mobile phone sync. software

I have an Ipaq 4700 and a mobile phone, both with bluetooth and infrared. I am looking for a bit of software that I can use to copy/backup from my mobile, all of my phone contacts and messages. Does anybody know of a good one?

There is Mobem mPhone 2.6. (http://www.mobem.com/products/mphone26/index.php) It's a bit old, but hopefully it should still work.
