Where R My Calender Appointments

cant see my calender appointments in PI but they r there on Outlook.... the appointments that r 3 weeks old just vanish from my PI.... what do i do to keep all my old calender appointments on my device n my outlook??

please help

In ActiveSync on the PC, right-click Calendar in the synchronisation list, select Settings, then select the desired duration. By default, only the past 2 weeks of appointments are synchronised, which is why your batch is probably mysteriously disappearing at 3 weeks.
