Owner info Today plugin gone awol!

I was in settings on my trusty iPaq 5550 this morning, and I noticed that I no longer have the Owner Info today plugin listed in the Today settings applet.

Would anyone mind going into their registry, extracting the relevant info and posting it here? I believe the registry key is

HKLM\Software\Today\Items

I have no idea when the plugin went missing or why, but I have yet to hit the 13-item plugin limit, so that's not why it disappeared.

Note the quotation marks around the key value.

Edit: This is from a WM2003SE device - I'm not sure if it can be applied to the iPaq.

However, can anyone with a WM2003 device confirm the values listed above? I entered them in my registry and I have the plugin back but, it's flagged as red in MemMaid, which tells me that there's something wrong with one or more of the entries or its/their value(s). :confused totally:
