If anything, this should encourage the MySportTraining people to hurry up and get the MyPersonalDiet desktop component out sooner (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=375840#375840).

Mobile Coach is by far the most useful piece of software I've purchased. I've been a user since 2001 and can't find anything that works as well. It's very easy to create a program, use an exist program, share programs, etc. I personally use the Body-For-Life routine and this program is perfect for it.

Now that there is a 100% compatible desktop version, the creation of workout programs is even easier. I've seen a lot of changes made to this software over the years, but the desktop counterpart is probably the most useful for me.

This software is very simple to use, but powerful enough for the most avid fitness nut. Whether you are prepping for marathons, lifting weights, tracking your diet, or any mixture of these, this software will suit your needs and is worth every penny spent...and then some!
