I just sold my 4150. I'm currently trying a Siemens SX66 -- PDA/Phone. It's just too big, so I'll probably go back to an iPAQ and a telephone.

My problem is that all the new iPAQs seem so much larger than the 4150. Are any of the new iPAQs small AND come with more than 64MB of memory?

Thanks,
Craig.

NONE of the new Windows Mobile devices that I know of, let alone iPaqs, have more than 64MB. It's supposedly no longer necessary under WM5.0.

If you want something with the same form factor as the h4150, look at the iPAQ rx1950. It's running Windows Mobile 5.0, so the memory system is a little different. This time, RAM is used for RAM, and Flash ROM is used for storage. Just be aware that the 32MB of RAM and 64MB of Flash ROM in the rx1950 is a bit... low, but then again, it is a low-end device so don't expect too much. Also note that the rx1950 has Wi-Fi, but no Bluetooth.

Well if you would entertain a single device I highly recommend the Samsung i730. It is as powerfull as just about any PPC on the market and the size is ideal in my opinion. Any smaller and the screen wouldn't be usefull. Any bigger and it wouldn't fit easily in a pocket. Also I would take a look at the PPC 6700 (HTC Apache).
