I was going through my pdf owners manual and found this link to a free copy of Streets 2006 (http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/pscmisc/vac/us/en/sm/pocketpc/hw6500_gps_capabilities.html). This version fits the 6515 screen perfectly which I why I bring it to your attention. You need to own a 6500 series to get this as it asks for your serial number to download it.
