Hi all. I have an E805, and it has suffered a digitizer failure. The unit boots fine, screen is fine, but after about 5 screen taps, they stop registering. Once in a while you can get one to register, but its not even where you tapped. So its no good, toshiba does not sell parts, and i guess its no good to me anymore. I would like to get 75$ + shipping for the parts. It is currently dissassembled. The battery holds a charge fine, and I will include the AC charger, and the stylus, these 3 items are probably worth $25 bucks alone.
If anyone wants to make an offer, feel free too. I did contact toshiba, and if you send this unit in, they will send a refurb for a base exchange of 125$
Might be worth it to someone, but Might be better for someone with a bad LCD, or logic board.
