Contrary to popular belief, v2.0 was never included in Windows Mobile 5.0, so if you're looking to update your device with the new framework, you will need to download this redistributable and apply it to your device. It is compatible with devices running Windows Mobile 2003 / 2003 Second Edition / 5.0.
