Having recently trashed the form factor of the HTC 'laptop replacement' PDA, I was surprised to the see the relatively low cost of ownership for the O2 version, in the UK.

O2 are offering it at a price of £139.99 on a £19/month tarrif (12 months). This puts the total price at £367 (compared with the SIM-free price of a JasJar, which is approximately £600+ elsewhere).
Maybe I'm missing something here - although this is an 'online' price.
At this price, I may even go back and take a second look despite my recently voiced objection to the weight. I could actually afford to own this and a separate voice-only handset!
