Does assembly compiling software exist for Win CE?

On the desktop there are the assemblers included with eMbedded Visual C++: armasm, shasm, and mipsasm.
On the pocket pc itself there is http://www.rainer-keuchel.de/wince/armasm.html
I believe there is also a version of as for wince if you find the gcc wince cross compiler which is now a standard target of gcc 3.4.
