While the current generation is unlikely to change, we might see "UT Starcom"-based Pocket PC Phones soon. (Semi-offtopic: Who invented that name, anyway? I'm dreading "UT Starcom PPC-21000 Windows Mobile 5 for Pocket PC Phone Edition" or somesuch one day. Windows Mobile device branding is perhaps the biggest problem with marketing <i>or</i> supporting these devices right now.)
