qtek 2020 : no sound for the first 30 seconds on a voice call

Hi,

i have a qtek 2020 for 2 years now.
All of sudden my phone calls are without any sound for the first 30 seconds and after that it works allright.

- I backed up.
- Did a hard reset and it came back to normal
- I restored and the problem is back

Any ideas?

I sure did :)

I tried to uninstall them and the problem remains.

i'll have to look more carefully at the installed sftoware to see if I missed any new software...

I uninstalled all my new apps and still no luck.
I think I have to "format" it! :cry:

Problem solved :)

It was a bluetooth problem.
My bluetooth was dead and I had a paired headset.
The time it took to have sound should be the time it took to give up on the headset.
i deleted the paired headset and the problem was gone.

To fix the bluetooth problem i found in forums.xda-developers.com a thread that had half-a-dozen registry entries that fixed it.

Problably a software deleted them...
