Do you know if you can reassign touch pad-Ipaq 4700 ?

Tweaks 2k2 allows you to disable the touch pad, but is there a way to say reassign touch pad to switch between running programmes?, when I asign button 4, the (I) button to this function I find after soft reset it defaults to (screen toogle)!

a program called buttonmax I used let you use the D-pad to launch appz, maybe that's what you are looking for

Thanks for pointing me in this direction, I am trying a trial copy it appears to do the trick.
