Not sure that you can convert directly from PDF to LIT. But the good news is that you dont have to! You can read PDF files on your Pocket PC using Adobe Reader for Pocket PC which you should be able to download from here;

http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readerforppc.html

Best of all its free.

My experience of Acrobat on the PPC is that it is very slow & heavy. I recommend http://www.cerience.com/ 's Repligo instead

As would I. Cerience have been slow with updates (read that as none for over a year now) and support is spotty, but Repligo is _still_ a fantastic product and far superior to acrobat (it also lets you view just about any printable content).

The viewer is free, but the document creator isn't.
