Does iLauncher allow the X (OK) button to properly CLOSE applications down like PocketPlus does, I don't see this listed on the features...

Thanks

Fedorov.

No, it's not part of its feature set. Probably a feature request can add it if users would really want it. But basically iLauncher is a program shortcut today plug-in...but who knows? Demand for this feature might get it added too... 8)

Everything is possible.. :x-mas: We are now starting to shape up a list of targets we want to have for version 2.3, so this is definitely something we are thinking on adding with our upcoming update, which is also planned as a free upgrade of course :)

This looks like a nice plug-in. I'll have to give it a try.

I ran the demo side by side with Pocket Plus. While iLauncher has some nice "features", PP 3.0 is still more convienient to use.

Just my .02.

I think one big payoff, other than price, of course, is in resource and memory weight.

For a launcher utility iLauncher has everything needed and more. P+ 3.0 has additional non-Launcher type features, but then again it is pretty resource and memory intensive.

Also, iLauncher lends itself to skinning for more personalization. Some just want the functionality, and some want the different looks, too.

And for users of Wisbar Advance, who are usually into skinning as much as they can, the minimize/close - as well as some other task management features - are already covered.

Were "T-Mobile MDA Pro - It's Here!", "MobileBitmap 1.0 Released" and "Topic Reply Notification - MobiMate Releases WorldMate Expense Application and Desktop Companion" any of those threads?

Yes, but they're now gone, so it's a moot point. ;)
