All you Asus owners: What is the first picture on the last page of the Internal Photos (https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/forms/blobs/retrieve.cgi?attachment_id=575404&native_or_pdf=pdf) document?

Looks like some kind of sled (for USB host?), or mabye it's a fold-up cradle.

Don't Panic!

The white "button" is actually the speaker. To bad they didn't put the d-pad there. :(

looks like it could be made for gaming (something that my Magician isnt made for, the d-pad sucks for gaming)

Page 42 of the user manual (2-21) confirms that WM5 can do USB Mass Storage natively (unless this is a unique ASUS feature).

There is a driver that works on 2003se (or at least on my toshiba e830) as a usb mass storage driver. I use it for flash memory as well as my 40gb iriver mp3 player! Whatever I plug in there shows up as "Hard Disk" in my directory tree. No reboot or anything, very plug and play!

I found the driver on brighthand almost a year ago. I'm sure if you google a little you can find it. I'll have to look for it.

No, this turns YOUR PDA into a thumb drive. Makes it easier to copy media to it.

The asus also supports udb host, meaning you will be able to plug your flash drive or music player into it and it will show up as a folder.

Has anyone out here in this topic thought about the quality of the Asus customer service? My experience browsing forums, getting responses from the Asus customer service and their own forum tells me not to buy an Asus for a long time!

I had an N50 for a while.
Great device.
Exell in Belgium sells the n30 for 179€ at the moment.
That one aint my cup of tea(no 5 way controller) but it has bluetooth and USB host as well.
