Two Peaks Software closed their web forums last year rather than respond to customers. They don't respond to e-mails sent to Technical Support either, so I'm relegated to posting in non-official forums. Sorry if this doesn't belong, please direct me to where I should post and I will gladly do so...
I have been using BillRate for about a year and a half. I'm now having difficulty adding new Projects to Clients. The Projects just show under no client. It would seem that the BillRate.dat file is either too big or corrupt.
Does anyone have any experience with this, and is there a solution save deleting BillRate.dat and starting with a new, blank one? Is there some sort of database utility which can work with the *.dat file (XML possibly?)
