How can I change a .rar file to a .lit file. Or a .doc to .lit, that I can read on my Ipaq.
There was a site somewhere that allowed one to convert files to ebook readable files. It was a while that I last used this site and I cannot remember what or where. (Old age creeping in). Any one help?

.RAR is a compressed format like ZIP.

Download the free converter for MS Word at http://www.microsoft.com/reader/developers/downloads/rmr.asp. Very easy to use.

eReader, MobiPocket, iSilo, ... have converters too (iSilo from HTML, not DOC), if you prefer these formats.

Thanks for your reply. I already have the ebook in .doc (I can read it in Word) That I converted the .rar to .doc via 'winrar' I am after converting either of these formats to .lit for my PPC (Ipaq).

Yes, I understood that. The program I recommended, will put an .LIT-icon in MS Word. After installing the program, read the DOC file into MS Word, click on the new icon and the converter from DOC to LIT starts.
