I am forwarding a link for a thread in another PPC site that I am a member of...

It is about my experience with a particular developer wherein I purchased their app, get accussed of using illegal software, then being told of having a hard reset as the way to fix a problem... And in a follow-up, no apology but a "thanks for your feedback. hard reset."

Your thoughts on the matter?

By the way, the developer is PocketMind and the app is PocketMusic Bundle 3.71

Wow, that's pretty brutal. 8O It amazes me they'd accuse you openly of pirating their software when you've just BOUGHT it. Very poor behaviour on their part. :(

as an update on this...

the reseller, Handango, did give me a refund...

while the developer, PocketMind, replied in somewhat; "thanks for you feedback... unfortunately, only a hard reset would do..." and never heard from them since (not even an apology)

well... i guess if some people read this, they'll think twice before purchasing PocketMind products...
