Welcome to Pocket PC Thoughts. :)

I can access Aximsite.com fine.

Edit: Can you please run a trace route to Aximsite.com and report back your results? Thanks.

thanks for the advice
ive cleared the cache both from mozilla and ie but still no success
ive also tried to ping the site and it says request timed out
ive pinged other sites and every other one has been successful
is this an isp problem or my computer ?

thanks

It's hard to say. The reason why I asked if you could perform a trace route is because I'd like to see where on the map it times out. I'm assuming somewhere along the lines, your IP (or a range of IPs) is being blocked by a certain provider for some unknown reason (maybe a DoS attack).

Open up "cmd.exe", then run "tracert www.aximsite.com".

Another suggestion is to switch IPs. Are you on a dynamic IP? If so, try resetting your modem to attain a new IP and see if you can access Aximsite.com again.
