Welcome to Pocket PC Thoughts.

A couple of questions first: (1) Have you paired the device and the computer? (2) Have you enabled an incoming COM port and opened that up in the ActiveSync settings?

Hey

First yes. I have paired the devices.
The o2xda can see my system and my system can detect the PDA.
Under the Services, it says :
This Bluetooth Deivce offers the following services.

Checked box = Checked - Dialup Networking - COM11
Checked box = Checked - Serial port (SPP) Bluetooth Serial Port - COM9

And thats it.
When I click on the O2xda Bluetooth manager - under the connection wizard, Select Active Sync via BT to setup a partnership with the bluetooth
enabled computer. Then it runs through a series of next next next ......

I start Active Sycn and Select Get connected and it is looking for mobile devices on all the COM ports, it cannot locate a mobile device at all.
it says your device is not detected.
But with USB connection and the cradle ...Active Syn works .

Does this make sense ? i hope so .......
