Is there any finger optimized software?

Hi!
I'm just about to install a car cradle for my PPC.
Its made me wonder if there is either of the following...

1) Any finger optimized themes, to allow navigation of a pc without a stylus.

2) Finger optimimized SW, to enable to same thing.

not that I've come accross, but it depends on what you plan to do.

Most music players for example have either large buttons (like Win Media player) or button control (like betaplayer).

Most today plug-in app launchers come with a large icon option that is perfect for finger launching.
