active sync 3.5 Help please!

I am trying to set up active sync on my laptop. This is my secondary PC.

I have two unresolved items in my calander. (I set the rules to replace on computer). When I try to resolve, I am asked to enter some contacts. After I do that, it goes back to unresolved. Its an endless loop.

Also I have one unresolved contact. "The following contact cannot be written to microsoft outlook due to error 80041037. The item will be skipped." I have deleted this contact from my PPC but this error won't go away.

Also, have you thought about upgrading to Activesync 3.8 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=d2645c21-8a85-45a2-8d13-653beb6cdddc&DisplayLang=en)? Not saying that it would resolve your particular issue, but you never know.
