Help: Playing multiple wave files continuously and simultaneously in pocket PC C#.Net

Hi,
I'm c#.Net pocket pc programmer, I want to develop following functionality
play audio samples in Tempo based..
fade-in and fade-out audio samples.
play multiple audio files at the same time

If any one have some experience/Knowledge please share it with me.
