Is there a PDF generator for the Pocket PC?

Does anyone know if there is a PDF generator for the PocketPC.

The only tool I'm aware of is jpeg2pdf at http://www.microarcade.net/martinicreations/jpg2pdf.htm . If a developer were to incorporate it into an application, it could be used to print other file types to pdf. The download is really a proof of concept demonstration.
