It looks just like M500, except in black. I think black is a nice color. :D
According to picture spotted, it seems to be running Windows Mobile 5.0.

For those interested, I have updated the post with a list of specifications and a couple of pictures.

If you ask me, black is back! ;)

Has it ever been away?

I'm looking forward to more devices in black. Silver is OK, but black has more style! Plus it goes with just about everything.

64MB RAM, 128MB ROM

Is that the right way round?

With the introduction of persistent storage, it would be better for a Windows Mobile 5.0 to have more ROM rather than the other way round. :)

And there's a feisty debate about RAM vs. ROM sizes here (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=346757#346757). (For the record, I'm with Dave on this one  ).

If anyone's interested, the M500 and M600 are the same in size. That is, 111.7mm x 60.7mm x 22.0mm.

Of the Phone Editions announced so far, I think the m600 is the most interesting to me.

I also got a glint of hope when I found the m500 at Expansys (http://www.expansys-usa.com/product.asp?code=122446).

Perhaps the m600 will also be available. I'm not unwilling to import. I can't seem to find out if the m500 got FCC approval though.
