I'm trying to decide which of these two products to purchase. Tried them both and they both seem to do pretty much the same thing.

Is it down to price or is one really better than the other? Or is there an even better product out there, or should I just use the native PPC sd card format tool?

Just a suggestion, why not take a look at PocketMechanic or SKTools? Each have Flashmedia utils and much, much more! :)

HTH!

Generally, I'd go with SKTools. It offers the most for the price IMHO.

As far as only formatting is concerned, you may want to read on the various formatting options - for example, block size, FAT16/32 etc - at http://www.firstloox.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3591 .

As long as error fixing is concerned (some of these apps offer some kind of fixing errors on cards), http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=39583 is a must read.
