I found that they have a fix for a speaker feeback problem that I didn't even think they would be able to fix. Just goes to show that it pays to check for updates regularly."

Pocket PC Thoughts member, Uzetaab, has started an interesting thread that got me thinking about when the last time I happened to check for updates for my device. Within that thread, Sojourner753 shares a thought (that has crossed my mind several times in the past) regarding how great it would be if we had update notifications pushed to us. Now this actually extends just beyond device manufacturers. How about your software? Personally, I typically don't find out about newer versions of my software until I do a hard reset or until I run into some major issues or I'm upgrading to a new device with an upgraded OS (all the while newer versions could have been released with more functionality or better performance). What do you guys to do keep up-to-date?

Please post comments in the original thread.
