Hello,

Does anyone have experience with accessing Outlook Web View while connected through an AOL dial-up account?

I have a temporary office setting up and the trial period for AOL is exactly the length we need for the Internet connection at the office.

If there are better dialup alternatives out there any advice would be appreciated.

And BTW, I was told this today and it needed to be set up yesterday :frusty:

TIA

What ISP provides Internet at the main office? Many times ISPs offer free (sometimes limited) dialup access for subscribers.

As for using AOL and Outlook Web View, I would think it would work the same as any other ISP. Just connect to AOL, and open up a browser. It's probably better not to use the internal AOL browser, but test it out and see.

Thanks OSUKid7,

I actually hadn't thought to check with our office provider. I know that with our previous provider, we needed to purchase a block of dialup accounts. After a while, they were so seldom used that we dropped them.

I did find some dialup numbers at our provider’s web site so I can test them out this weekend.

Cheers,
