Hello,
I am a new user of the ViewSonic Pocket PC. I have had the common problem with the "low backup battery" warning popping up. It is not as of yet resolved. I have decided to live with the problem, (based on how difficult it has been for others to exchange their Pocket PC with the ViewSonic organization.
Getting to the problem, I can store digital pictures on my desktop that were taken with the V36. I can view these pictures on my desktop. However, when it comes to viewing saved videos on my desktop, I am not able to open and view the videos.
Any help to fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
