:?: Planning to buy rx3715 on the weekend, but find out, there's alot of people has the "File Store Lock Up Problem".

I've had my rx3715 for a couple of months now and have not encountered the error you are refering to. Make sure you have the latest firmware from:

HP will swap your device if your file store locks up. See http://discussion.brighthand.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=113388 on this.

If you don't want to take the risk, however, you could also consider getting a device of another brand. Dell Axims and Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket Loox devices are seemingly much less prone to this problem than the latest iPAQ series.
