Can the new Microsoft ActiveSync 3.8 sync with multiple Outlook subfolders?

Does anyone know if the new ActiveSync from Microsoft will finally allow you to sync with subfolders? The stupid categories are dumb, are they going to allow us to use Outlook as we see fit?

AS 3.8 has not expanded the subfolder options and continues to allow subfolder syncs only in Inbox.
