I have hacked the files for NETFRONT 3.2 and have translated the menus in english. If I post the hacked full version would it be violating the TOS of these boards?

Yeah. Rules here are inflexible about commercial software. If you selected just the files that have been changed, rather than the whole browser, or direct people how to make the changes themselves, that would be better, particuarly the latter.

NetFront is a registered piece of software by ACCESS, so modifications not endorsed by ACCESS are actually covered with legal complications.

Please do not post this self-modified package, portions of the package nor a guide or links on how to do it. It would be considered as a violation of the TOS of ACCESS and is not encouraged by this site. Thanks.
