I'm looking for things similar to this Viewpad 100 (http://www.viewsonic.com/support/mobilewireless/superpda/viewpad100/)
I could simply get that for under $400US refurb, but I'd be willing to spend up to $1000 on something newer like this.

Something like a pda, not a full tablet pc. Just larger screen, no keyboard, wifi capable, able to use fold up keyboard. Largest pda screen I can find is 4". If you know bigger ones, you could link me to those too.
If there is anything like this with a full XP type os, I'd like to find those too.
I'm lost when it comes to finding anything like I'm looking for. I don't really know what to call it even.
The midaspro (the 2nd link) looks cool, I wouldn't want to buy it from russia though. Those things are also a problem.
