This is way off topic, but I am hoping that someone can point me into a good direction to learn about RSS. There are quite a few website that regularly read and use Avantgo daily. I hear that RSS would be better for me, but it looks to me like just a fancy way of browsing.

If anyone knows of a website that can bring "old-dogs" like me up to speed, please let me know.

Thanks
Ron

Not a problem. I'm sure you'll find RSS to be very good. I think a quick read through what Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_(protocol)) have to say is a great way to start (note there are secondary links you can click on that article).

Did somebody make an RSS reader apps list for the PPC?

I just found a nice one FeederReeder (http://www.feederreader.com/): "FeederReader is a full-featured RSS Aggregator with podcast listening ("podcasting" or "podcatching") and enclosure support, running on Windows Mobile. It is designed for downloading and reading RSS feeds on a Pocket PC run without the assistance of a host computer. You can update the feeds when the Pocket PC is connected to the internet (i.e. through a LAN or Mobile Phone) and read them while offline."

Haven't tried it yet but it seems quite capable.

Have you tried FeederReader yet? I'm here to help. If you haven't already, consider logging into the FeederReader message board and ask any question you'd like.

I also enjoy suggestions for improvement ;-)

Development continues...
