I have to admit, while I personally have no need for this type of application, I was pretty impressed by the screenshots and I can only imagine how nice they must look in VGA. Purchase price is $29.95, and as a bonus, you'll get their SpaceTime Calculator (normally $9.95) as a part of the bundle. Trial download is also available.

I was reading the functions of this program and all I can say is "eh". "Nearly" all the capabilities of the TI-83? The 83, quite frankly, sucks. It's really outdated and can't do a whole lot (yet people STILL buy the 83/84). If it's not at least on the level of a TI-89/Voyage 200, it's not worth it. It's too bad there isn't a serious math program for the PocketPC (that I know of). Maybe a portable Mathematica? Well, perhaps that's asking too much, I don't know.

I'd guess that one of the big reasons people stick with the 83 is because that's all that a lot of the standardized tests will allow. But, I agree, there are much nicer calculators around now.

For PPC's you should check out Math Tablet with the the XCAS extension installed. Don't know if it's what you need but it might be worth a look.

Umm, and sorry to steal away from SpaceTime. I still really like it too. Getting ready to install 1.8 now...
