This O2 XDA II has recently been upgraded to Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition so the machine now benefits from dynamic switching between screen orientations from Portrait to landscape, WiFi Protected Access (with the appropriate WiFi card added) and a later, much better and more stable Bluetooth implementation. The machine will supplied with a clean installion of the OS with phone settings for O2 (UK). It is possible for other operators to be configured, details are easily found on the web...
The machine is just over a year old and has been working great (I've just upgraded to the IIi). It's had moderate use over the year and the battery still holds a very good charge as it was being used in conjunction with the XDA II Backpack. Superficially it's in good condition. On very close examination, here are some small scratches on the top right-hand corner of the case and some scratches to to the top right-hand side of the screen (could be polished out) and a very small "dent" to the screen to the centre-right. There is also a single dead pixel near the centre-top that has been there since the machine was new. These minor defects may sound a bit scary but they really are barely noticable in operation, the simple use of a screen protector pretty much obscures any scratches etc.
Included with the PDA is a single stylus, battery, user manual & papers, installation disk, cradle (unused), power supply and box.
