Hello, I work in the medical field and a coworker created handy treatment algorithms using Palm OS's Memopad. I saw a glipse of him using it and it looked like hyperlinked text that took him to a specific topic he input before. i have a Dell Axim. :P

When he transfered the file (using peacemaker), i can open it using pocket Word, however the "hyperlinking" wasn't there. Instead there was a message at the top "MIME version 1.0" and a bunch of other code incorporated with the file. Content was there, the functionality wasn't.

Is there any program for the pocket PC that allows you to create files like Memopad which allows you to create hyperlinks?

I'm frustrated enough to actually make a webpage with the content, save it as html, and transfer it to my Axim (but that would be giving up!)

If anybody can help i'd greatly appreciate it

Thanks

Well, Palm Memopad doesn't support hyperlinks. It is essentially a pure text editor with a 4K (OS 5.1 and older) or 32K (OS 5.2 and greater) size limit. Your coworker must be using another app that enhances memopad. FWIW, I imported all my notes from Palm to PPC through Outook. That worked fine. I continue to sync across the two platforms using Outlook.
