mac address in WM 2003

I have mac address filtering set on my wireless router, but I can't find the mac address of my ppc device.

how can I find this in Windows Mobile 2003 so I can add it to my router's list and turn mac address filtering back on?

I googled this question and found that there should be a WiFi card entry in asset viewer.

I don't have this. :|

depending on your router model... (this works on my linksys)

1. Turn off MAC filtering
2. Connect the PocketPC
3. There should be a way in the router control panel to view the MAC addresses of connected devices

I tried that.
either it doesn't show or I can't find where it does.

which is weird because that's the technique I used to find my laptop mac address and THAT showed up.

So I downloaded the trial of the Hudson Software IP Dashboard Utility.

That solved the problem

Nice little utility - I think I'll buy it.
