i have wifi card on comp and my rx3115 and i was wonderin if their was a way i could sync this way

You sure can. Have a look at this (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=285891#285891) guide I wrote some time ago. Try it without encryption first, and then once you confirm you can get it working, you can try switching on WEP or WPA so that your connection stays secure.

definately follow the guide. If you have trouble go to the basics.

Sync With the cradle.
Turn off all security on the router and try to connect.
If that works turn on wep.
If that works filter by MAC addy
If it's still workin disable ssid broadcast.
If it's still working your done, and your router is as secure as can be.

I use Multi Partnership sync and connect wirelessly to 4 different machines and it works like a charm, the only time a cable touches my ipaq is to charge it.

The guide I linked you to earlier is for an ad-hoc connection.
