New 6GB Microdrive from Hitachi on sale on eBay:

FYI the Hitachi 4GB Microdrive is now about $160, and IMHO it works much better than the seagate 5GB (the seagate is much slower with my digital camera, and it is not totally sealed, i.e. water or dust can easiely damage some of the electronics)
