If your desktop does not have a buit-in memory card reader or your PCMCIA slot in the laptop is filled up already, have a look at this very nice external memory card reader. It's compatible with almost every format (CF, SD, MS, ...). It connects through a USB2 port and is compatible with Mac and PC (98 to XP).
