H6315 SMS problems on NON-TMobile networks

I am using my H6315 on a non T-Mobile network in Ecuador.
However, I can receive SMS, but cannot SEND any SMS.
Tried the SIM Card on a regular phone and no problems were found.

Any thoughts? any additional software i could try, rather than using the built-in outlook software?

since i have had the hp i have been having a sms problem..... mine only is that sometimes when people get my message its blank..... i am hoping this new update fixes that..... we will see though
