Best Sync Method? PocketMac or Exchange

I have the following setup at work:

Powerbook with Mac os X.
Latest Version of PocketMac Pro
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
Ipaq H6315

My PIM data synchronizes with Exchange Server without any problems

My PIM Data syncs with the H6315 via PocketMac Pro.

Here comes the dilema, what is a better option for my PDA.
Sync PIM Data using PocketMac Pro or Sync PIM Data directly with exchange server?
