expressive VGA icons for PI?

does anyone use this icon set? i'm trying to get it to work w/ AF (blasphemy i know). i purchased it and moved all the .bmp's to my PPC. when i try and load them in AF (or PB or anywhere for that matter) they appear all huge and distorted - but i AM using a VGA device (x50v). anyone seen this?

VGA icons in MS's VGA mode means 4 times bigger icons. In true VGA mode you want the old qvga icons, which were not doubled in size.
