this is a web based program like gotomypc.com, but it's free!
so, now i will be able to access my mums pc from my pc or PPC to fix it!

this program is probably worth a review.

Why not terminal services? You can connect to any machine with remote desktop enabled or a windows server with remote access or terminal services installed. There are also solutions such as VNC, remotely anywhere and many other HTTP based remote connections.
