hey guys i have 2003 os on my ppc right now. how do i install 2003 SE os on it.

WM2003SE must be supplied by the manufacturer. I do not see any reference to WM2003SE on HP's support site for your device: http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/HandheldiPAQ/us/locate/105_5643.html

There is no WM2003SE upgrade for any of previous-generation HP devices. See for example http://discussion.brighthand.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=116634 for more info.
