car charger troubles?

I've had nothing but trouble with the stupid car Charger and the samsung I 700. I can hardly ever get it to charge. Anyone else?

I used the car cigarette lighter charger from Samsung for months without trouble. I recently switched to the Charge 'n Sync cable and cigarette lighter/AC outlet dohicky from BoxWave, and have had no trouble with it either.

Is your auto cigarette lighter outlet energized? On one of my cars, I once pulled something loose while extracting the cigarette lighter, and I had to go behind the dashboard to reconnect the darn thing. Is the charger pushed into the outlet securely?

I bought mine from Samsung and it has been working just fine too, although I did find that some outlets are longer then others so that might be the reason why you are having problems check your car(s) outlets with another charger if you haven't done so.... HTH
