entourage and tasks for Mac

I know this is not the best site to post this question but I cannot find much help at Apple. Does anyone know how to make the snooze feature on tasks last longer than five minutes? Everytime I try to pull down the menu on snooze it just goes away for five minutes. Reminders are a life line for me and snoozing every five minutes ain't gonna cut it!
